Thanksgiving Turkeys
Your Own Private Island...
I first created these little beaches for my friend's going away party. She was moving to Brazil so it seemed fitting to serve beaches for dessert! The cupcakes are rolled in graham cracker crumbs to create beaches, and marshmallow fluff creates the waves. Variations on this theme can be made to include shark and fish gummies in the water, and of course the beach umbrellas!
Tiramisu Cupcakes
These are special, decadent cupcakes! Each individual cupcake has two layers of rich mascarpone cream, sandwiched between layers of cake that are moist with fresh coffee. The top is slathered with more marscapone cream and then sprinkled with fresh chocolate shavings, making for a very fabulous dessert indeed.
Guinness Beer Cupcakes
These are always a conversation starter! Not many people realize that chocolate complements the taste of Guinness very well! These chocolate cupcakes are full of Guinness goodness and are then dipped in a cream cheese glaze (or "foam" if you will heehee) and sprinkled with a light dusting of cocoa powder. A big hit at Super Bowl parties!
Barbie Cupcakes!
A fluffy pink strawberry cupcake, complete with teeny sugar compacts, brushes and perfumes.
I created these for a Barbie themed party,
but they would surely delight any princess or girlie girl!

Spooky Grave Cupcakes
Spooky cupcakes are some of my favorite cupcakes to make! These are creepy and crunchy, which as far as I'm concerned has to be the best combination. Chocolate cupcakes are slathered in rich fudge frosting and then rolled in "dirt" cookie crumbs. It's not complete however with either mini tombstones or creepy crawly gummy worms slithering out of the "dirt!"
